College Entrance Exams

College Entrance ExamsThe SAT and ACT are standardized tests required for admission to just about every four-year college or university.

Two-year community colleges have open enrollment (also known as open admission) policies. These institutions often have relaxed curriculum and/or standardized test requirements. Many institutions are also more flexible with requirements for first-year applicants who have been out of high school for some time.

Be sure to double-check the admissions requirements wherever you're applying, because specific academic requirements differ from school to school.
